• The warranty covers the repair/replacement of abnormal mechanisms and writing conditions.
• Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and damages arisen from use not in accordance with the product instructions.
• Warranty does not cover the nib part of the fountain pen, we provide nib swapping service with an additional fee.
• Refills are available on ystudio official website.
• If no spare parts are available due to few discontinued products or mechanism adjustments, requests will be handled case by case.
