- All YSTUDIO products can be sent to YSTUDIO for complimentary adjustment or repair. Customers only have to pay for the round-trip shipping costs.
- The warranty covers the repair/replacement of abnormal mechanisms and writing conditions.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and damages arisen from use not in accordance with the product instructions.
- Warranty does not cover the nib part of the fountain pen, we provide nib swapping service with an additional fee.
- Refills are available on ystudio official website.
- If no spare parts are available due to few discontinued products or mechanism adjustments, requests will be handled case by case.
